Refund policy

At Thunderpooch, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing error we're here to help.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any damage or manufacturing error. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return process:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@thunderpooch.com within 30 days of receiving your item, including your order number and photos of the damage.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the damaged item back to us using the provided label. Be sure to use the original packaging if possible to avoid further damage during shipping.

  4. Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving the damaged item, we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement—your choice!

Please note: We only accept returns for items that arrived damaged or had other manufacturing errors. All returns must be processed within the 30-day window.
