Ordering and delivery

When will my order arrive?
Every item is printed after you order it, so there is production time before anything ships. You will get tracking by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders over $75.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Email support@thunderpooch.com as soon as you can. Once an item has gone into production we may not be able to stop it, so the sooner the better.

Returns

Something arrived damaged or misprinted.
We will fix it. Email support@thunderpooch.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Once approved we send a return label, and you choose a full refund or a replacement. Full details are in our refund policy.

Can I return something because it does not fit, or I changed my mind?
Our returns policy covers damage and manufacturing errors. Because each item is printed for you specifically, we are not able to accept change-of-mind returns — so it is worth checking the size before ordering. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us before you buy and we will help.

Products

What are the shirts made of?
Unisex Gildan Softstyle 64000: 100% ring-spun cotton for solid colours, 4.5 oz/yd², classic fit with a crew neckline, ribbed collar, twill-taped shoulders and no side seams. Heather and sport colours include polyester — the exact blend is listed on each product page.

How should I wash them?
Inside out, cold wash, tumble dry low. Skip the iron on the print itself.

Will the print crack or fade?
Prints are direct-to-garment, so the ink sits in the fabric rather than on top of it. Washing cold and inside out is the single biggest thing you can do to keep one looking new.
